About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and deliver training, education, and communication activities in Compliance, with a focus on strengthening an integrity culture across operations; excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Availability to travel and deliver trainings at manufacturing sites across Brazil.
- Support the improvement and automation of Compliance processes by identifying, analyzing, and monitoring risks.
- Perform analyses using compliance tools, Excel and Power BI, in collaboration with business areas.
- Assess and manage activities related to conflicts of interest.
- Conduct risk assessments to continuously strengthen the Compliance Program.
- Conduct due diligence (suppliers, critical transactions, donations, sponsorships, and professional associations).
- Assist in the preparation and review of policies and procedures.
- Provide support to the Ombudsman and Internal Audit in specific investigations.
- Support the implementation of the Compliance Program in other countries.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Compliance Programs.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (Law 12.846/2013, Law 12.813/2013, LGPD — Brazil’s General Data Protection Law, among others).
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI and low-code tools are desirable).
- Analytical skills, project management ability, and process mapping experience.
- Advanced English (fluency preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree completed (postgraduate studies desirable).
- Valid driver’s license (CNH) required.
