About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership for the stockroom team members and manage stockroom tasks
Oversee Pick-Pack-Ship team and operations to maintain on time delivery
Oversee inbound goods receipts via Air, Ocean, and Domestic carriers
Oversee Pick-Prep operations for assembly teams
Plan and instruct accurate inventory transactions and planned cycle / annual count
Process returns in collaboration with administration and suppliers
Conduct stockroom managerial duties including recruiting / onboarding / training of new team members, performance reviews, timecard approvals, PTO approvals, etc.
Partner with third-party freight forwarders and logistics agencies to monitor service performance and ensure the highest level of on-time delivery
Collaborate with internal departments and team members to plan short-to-long-term tasks
Provide exceptional, continuous communication with internal teams, external suppliers, agencies, and customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Operations, Warehousing, Logistics, Production support, and/or Import/Export Administration
Territory and site-specific safety certifications may be required
Ability to attain and retain a forklift operators certification
Ability to attain and retain a crane operators certification
A working knowledge of U.S. Import Regulations, including HTS classification and Country of Origin determination
Proficiency in a major ERP system (e.g., SAP) for transaction processing and master data management
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
