Senior Audit Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conducting on-site and remote audits of national and international license partners
- Reviewing revenue reports, license fees and contractual obligations
- Analyzing business processes and identifying deviations or risks
- Preparing structured audit reports, including actionable recommendations
- Tracking remedial actions and ensuring implementation
- Continuously improving audit standards, methods and tools
- Close collaboration with departments such as Legal, Finance and Partner Management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Administration, Auditing, Finance or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in audit, compliance or external auditing
- Ideally experience with licensing or franchise models
- Analytical thinking and strong numerical aptitude
- Structured, independent working style and assertiveness
- Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages such as Italian or Spanish are a plus
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% of working time (Europe)
