About the role

  • Establishment and continuous development of the central risk management function
  • Identification and assessment of operational, strategic and technical risks
  • Documentation of risks in the risk register
  • Definition of appropriate risk mitigation measures and tracking their implementation
  • Preparation of meaningful reports via a risk dashboard
  • Close collaboration with business units as the central point of contact for risk-related matters
  • Design and facilitation of risk workshops with relevant stakeholders
  • Promotion of an active risk culture across the organization

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in internal risk management, the audit environment or a similar area
  • Professional experience engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and comprehensibly
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Structured and methodical working style
  • Experience working with modern digital tools
  • Ideally, experience with risk management tools
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
