About the role
- Qualify clients' real estate projects
- Qualify leads generated daily through the brand's visibility and marketing investments
- Schedule valuation appointments for the sales teams
- Maintain and enrich the customer database and follow up with clients to track previous requests
- Identify project urgency and pass opportunities to the sales teams in accordance with attribution rules
- Meet a target number of calls per day, prioritizing rapid contact to ensure an optimal customer experience
- Contribute to improving the client qualification process
- Classify lead types using clear, observable definitions within the CRM
- Accurately document all relevant interactions and update the customer database
- Refer clients' real estate projects as comprehensively as possible to maximize conversion chances
- Follow up on recently assigned leads in the CRM and monitor their commercial handling
Requirements
- Proven prospecting techniques (cold calling, cold emailing, social selling)
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market (sales cycle, technical vocabulary, stakeholders); knowledge of regulatory issues is a plus
- Proficiency with a CRM tool (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) to interact with an international clientele; a third language is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication: clear speech and the ability to quickly build trust over the phone. Able to write impactful sales messages and scripts
- Active listening and empathy: ability to quickly understand client needs in a high-stakes sector (real estate)
- Tenacity and resilience: handle objections and rejections with perseverance
- Results-driven: strong hunter mentality and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
- Organizational skills: rigorous task follow-up and management of a high volume of leads
- Education: minimum Bac+2/3 (2–3 years post-secondary) in Business, Sales, or Real Estate Negotiation
- Experience: A first experience (internship, work-study, or first job) as an SDR or in customer relations/sales is highly valued, ideally in real estate
