About the role
- Design, support and further development of development programs and initiatives as well as implementation of measures to strengthen the learning culture
- Management and analysis of global employee surveys, and deriving and preparing concrete recommendations for action
- Analyze relevant data and produce reports to measure the effectiveness of our development initiatives
- Advise employees and managers on learning needs and development opportunities, and design, facilitate and support internal workshops and training
- Responsible for implementing Talent Development concepts and measures
- Work closely with managers and employees to offer suitable development opportunities and contribute to the strategic development and upskilling of our internal talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on HR
- Professional experience in HR with a clear focus on Talent Development
- Proven success in designing and implementing training and development programs
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Structured and results-oriented way of working
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to act as a trusted point of contact
- Experience with HR systems such as Personio and Culture Amp
- Interest in implementing digital tools and AI in Talent Development processes
- Fluent German and very good English skills.
