About the role

  • Support the development of national and international sales processes
  • Continuous development of our E&V Sales System
  • Identify operational challenges along the advisor lifecycle
  • Produce actionable recommendations based on best practices
  • Take responsibility for operational projects in a cross-functional environment
  • Support training and coaching activities in the Academy
  • Act as a sparring partner for internal technology teams
  • Identify opportunities to use digital tools and API integrations to increase efficiency

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training or hold a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a comparable field.
  • You bring 2–3 years of solid professional experience in real estate sales or have already gained initial relevant experience in a consulting environment.
  • Your understanding of corporate structures and the real estate industry enables you to analyze and further develop complex processes holistically.
  • You have a strong affinity for digital processes, modern tools, and technological solutions.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and solution-oriented skills as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality.
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English.
