About the role
- Point of contact for qualifying new leads
- Contacting new leads via phone and email to follow up on incoming inquiries
- Processing leads from various sources
- Adhering to brand-specific quality standards
Requirements
- Initial professional experience in a sales-related role
- Practical experience in a call-center environment
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Good understanding of sales processes
- Strong communication skills
- Strong service orientation
- Good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
