About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle—from self lead generation and qualification through solution presentation, negotiation, and close.
  • Generate and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise financial institutions through strategic, value-based outreach.
  • Engage with senior executives (C-suite, CXO, digital transformation leaders) to identify challenges and position Engageware’s AI solutions as a key driver of customer experience transformation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Implementation to ensure customer success and seamless handoffs post-sale.
  • Provide customer and market feedback to help influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Provide weekly updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted bookings to the Chief Revenue Officer.
  • Achieve and exceed quota through disciplined pipeline management and a consultative sales approach.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven success as an Enterprise or Strategic Account Executive in SaaS sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years selling AI Software Solutions
  • Strong understanding of AI and its applications
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and generate new business in large or strategic accounts.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior-level executives.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
