About the role
- Coach and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives through a repeatable data-driven process.
- Identify, qualify and generate meetings as an outsourced SDR
- Motivate and inspire the team to consistently exceed performance goals
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team culture
- Analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Continuously refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Deliver group and 1-1 best practices coaching sessions across multiple sales channels.
- Track key metrics and provide regular performance feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Address concerns and issues promptly and professionally
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage your time effectively
Requirements
- Experience managing and leading SDR teams in a fast paced environment
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
- A desire to work with lots of different stakeholders, be they clients, colleagues, managers, or prospects
- Simple, but a can-do, positive mindset
- Have the flexibility to thrive in a scale-up, high-growth environment where things are constantly evolving
- Accountable for your actions and input on a day-to-day basis
- Appreciative of the value of solid relationships with your colleagues
