• Understand client challenges, goals, and success criteria and demonstrate how Engagedly supports the client’s strategy
• Translate business needs into Engagedly platform solutions across modules like Goals, Feedback, Learning, Surveys, and Analytics
• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and training sessions
• Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams to ensure solution accuracy and seamless client transitions
• Contribute to product/training documentation, and configuration support when needed
• Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and internal teams, bringing deep knowledge of HR tech trends
