About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a strategic connector within engage2learn’s revenue organization.
  • Support new business development and partner lifecycle performance.
  • Collaborate with Directors of Strategic Partnerships and Executive Directors of Partner Success.
  • Ensure that in territory events are strategically supported and customer touchpoints are managed.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination, account administration, and customer communications.
  • Improve territory velocity and expansion readiness across the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in education, education-adjacent organizations, or revenue-support roles.
  • K–12 education experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency in CRM systems and productivity tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational discipline.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify opportunity signals.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.
  • High energy, persistence, and business acumen.
