Serve as a trusted advisor to bank and credit union clients on enterprise data strategy, reporting, and validation
Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder discussions, and project updates
Translate technical findings into clear business insights and recommendations
Develop reports, dashboards, and data extracts using SQL and BI tools
Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Design and support data validation and reconciliation processes
Support core conversions, mergers, deconversions, and system implementations
Lead data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and validation efforts
Ensure continuity of regulatory, operational, and executive reporting during system transitions
Coordinate with vendors on data mapping, file specifications, and integrations
Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining project timelines and deliverables

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2-3+ years of experience in SQL, data analysis, or business intelligence
Experience with data warehousing and reporting solutions
Experience supporting financial services reporting or regulated data environments
Experience with system implementations, core conversions, mergers, or large-scale data migrations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills
