About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with facility-site operators, subcontractors, chief engineer, and internal service providers to ensure efficient facility operations
  • Attend ongoing training of Facility Operators
  • Assist in maintaining the Plant Operating Manual
  • Assist the EPC team with coordinating ECM implementation with the O&M team
  • Coordinate on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with the remote support services team
  • Review daily facility energy usage and provide guidance on best practices and operational modifications
  • Manage and direct the day-to-day work of the onsite O&M team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Willingness to learn processes, personnel management skills, and best practices
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside the scope of work when necessary
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering (preferred qualification)
  • 0–2 years of experience (preferred qualification)
  • Willingness to travel 5–10% of the time to job sites/office location
  • Ability to climb stairs and ascend/descend ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
  • Ability to move between worksites and perform repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and/or fingers
  • Ability to work in noisy and quiet environments
  • Ability to adjust or move objects up to 20 pounds
