About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Working with the operators at the facility sites including subcontractors, chief engineer, and internal service providers to ensure the facilities operate efficiently.
- Attend the on-going training of the Facility Operators.
- Assist in maintaining the Plant Operating Manual.
- Assisting the Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) team with the coordination of Engineering Construction Management (ECM) implementation with O&M team.
- Assist with coordinating on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with the remote support services team.
- Review of energy usage on daily basis for the facility and provide guidance best practices and modifications of current operations.
- Manage and direct the day-to-day work of the onsite O&M team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Willingness to learn processes, personnel management skills, and best practices.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-versed in the industry and the Company’s competitors.
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering)
