Serves as a senior advisor to Asset Managers and customers on operational issues and risks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor' Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
Four years of directly related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
A minimum of seven years of related experience is required.
Three years of leadership experience in asset management, facilities management, operations and maintenance (O&M), energy infrastructure, property operations, or a related operational environment.
Knowledge of facilities and asset management practices.
Ability to manage profit and losses as well as reporting on quarterly and monthly projections.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
