About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides leadership and direction to the asset management team.
- Oversees the performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of customer facilities.
- Reviews and analyzes facility and asset performance metrics, operating costs, maintenance expenditures, and financial results.
- Leads annual planning activities related to facility operations and capital projects.
- Establishes governance, standards, and best practices for asset management and facility operations.
- Serves as a senior advisor to Asset Managers and customers on operational issues and risks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor' Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Four years of directly related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of seven years of related experience is required.
- Three years of leadership experience in asset management, facilities management, operations and maintenance (O&M), energy infrastructure, property operations, or a related operational environment.
- Knowledge of facilities and asset management practices.
- Ability to manage profit and losses as well as reporting on quarterly and monthly projections.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
