About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide overall direction for field installation of assigned projects.
Own responsibility for field labor, labor coordination, quality control, and safety.
Represent the Company on project sites to ensure installations satisfy contracted scope and customer needs.
Attend and contribute to various operations meetings.
Monitor and mentor field sheet metal personnel.
Timekeeping and administrative duties such as daily reports, submittal log, and RFI status.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Craft supervision experience in similar facility construction.
Experience managing all crews.
Advanced knowledge of how jobs are assembled in the field.
Verifiable experience working on projects of $500K or more.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
