About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing Service Project Managers and all aspects of the project.
Managing project costs, field labor, subcontractors/vendors and delivering a quality, safe and on time project, under budget.
Champion of project safety and maintaining a secure work environment through safety meetings, incident investigations and employee involvement.
Ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements and maintaining high business ethics.
Conducting operational project meetings with appropriate parties in timely manner.
Negotiating vendor and subcontractor purchase orders and evaluating submittals.
Driving cash flow by establishing front-loaded schedule of values, timely & accurate billing, and collection of payment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4 Year Degree in Construction Management or applicable fieldwork experience in Plumbing.
Minimum 10+ year's verifiable Project Management experience working for a mechanical subcontractor in the areas of commercial HVAC and Plumbing.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
