Lead the successful delivery of critical Energy as a Service projects
Drive execution excellence ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget
Oversee high-performing project delivery organization
Champion the development and deployment of consistent project management standards and practices
Collaborate with other business leaders to align project portfolio with enterprise strategy
Ensure adherence to project financial plans and disciplined project controls
Coordinate with Engineering, M&V/Energy Management, Legal, SCM, Project Controls, Safety, Accounting, HR, and Operations Services

Requirements

15+ years of experience managing complex capital projects
Proven track record of leading complex, capital-intensive projects
Strong business acumen
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related technical field
Professional certifications such as P.E., PMP, LEED AP, CM-Lean, or equivalent are beneficial
