15+ years of experience managing complex capital projects

Strong record of integrating Engineering, MEP systems, and utility infrastructure
Financial leadership in budgeting and cost control
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Professional certifications such as P.E., PMP, or equivalent are beneficial
