About the role
- Responsible for maintaining, operating, monitoring, and repairing all utilities and related central plant equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests for assistance to hospital, clinic, and supporting facilities.
- Maintain the central plant in good, clean working condition.
- Complete corrective maintenance to all equipment in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all activities and maintenance.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with water treatment for heating and cooling systems.
- Experience using HVAC/Temperature controls, Energy Management Systems.
- OSHA Basic, NFPA70E.
- Basic math skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
