About the role
- Be a trusted advisor to the C-Suites of the companies largest customers
- Manage 5-7 key accounts effectively and efficiently
- Source and contact potential clients weekly
- Maintain and update CRM software regularly
- Work with team members to generate additional work for Services
- Determine customer needs and estimate sourced work
- Suggest upgrades and develop/present solutions
- Monitor and report on sales plan goals
- Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog
Requirements
- Must have ten (10) years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical or related sales
- Proven track record of repeatedly exceeding established sales goals of over $5MM annually
- Proven track record of account management and retention
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to provide innovative ideas for excellent customer care
- Must be organized and self-motivated
- Professional manner and appearance
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
