About the role

  • Be a trusted advisor to the C-Suites of the companies largest customers
  • Manage 5-7 key accounts effectively and efficiently
  • Source and contact potential clients weekly
  • Maintain and update CRM software regularly
  • Work with team members to generate additional work for Services
  • Determine customer needs and estimate sourced work
  • Suggest upgrades and develop/present solutions
  • Monitor and report on sales plan goals
  • Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog

Requirements

  • Must have ten (10) years' experience in HVAC, Mechanical or related sales
  • Proven track record of repeatedly exceeding established sales goals of over $5MM annually
  • Proven track record of account management and retention
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to provide innovative ideas for excellent customer care
  • Must be organized and self-motivated
  • Professional manner and appearance
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
