About the role
- Responsible for planning and performing assignments with technical guidance.
- Leads, schedules, and conducts site surveys.
- Manages aspects of preliminary engineering for projects.
- Tracks and reports project status and workload.
- Manages project transition process to the design team.
- Coordinates with clients and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Applies knowledge of applicable codes/standards in retrofit solutions process.
- Attends and/or teaches in-house and external training sessions.
- Supervises less experienced engineers and/or technicians while managing projects.
Requirements
- Must have a Baccalaureate Degree in Engineering.
- 4+ years of related experience.
- Experience with high level complex facility energy projects.
- Knowledge of Central Energy Plants and control systems.
- Required experience in Excel and Word.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written format.
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Passion for quality and client satisfaction.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
