Revenue Operations

• Partner with the CRO, VP of Marketing, VP of Finance, and Customer Success leadership to align go-to-market goals and drive predictable growth.
• Define the end-to-end revenue funnel—from lead to renewal—and ensure accurate measurement, attribution, and accountability across functions.
• Translate strategic business objectives into operational processes, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Lead regular pipeline and forecast reviews to ensure visibility and consistency in revenue projections.
• Own the RevOps tech stack, including SugarCRM, HubSpot, Outreach, RingSense, ZoomInfo, and data enrichment tools.
• Evaluate and optimize system integrations to create a seamless data flow across all revenue functions.
• Ensure CRM hygiene, accurate reporting, and scalable automation that supports both inbound and outbound GTM motions.
• Implement and maintain lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle tracking systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track key performance metrics across Marketing, BDR, Sales, and CS.
• Provide actionable insights on conversion rates, pipeline velocity, churn, and campaign ROI.
• Partner with Finance and Marketing to analyze CAC, LTV, and ROI across segments and channels.
• Use predictive analytics and trend analysis to guide forecasting, territory planning, and capacity modeling.
• Produce reports and dashboards for commissioned staff to monitor performance and to drive behaviors.
• Own the commissions process, including ongoing reporting, quarterly calculations, commission plan adjustments, etc.
• Standardize and document go-to-market processes to improve consistency and productivity.
• Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and recommend data-backed solutions for efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with enablement teams to align training programs with operational insights.
• Continuously refine performance metrics to ensure they reflect business goals.
• Manage and mentor a small RevOps team (analysts, system admins).
• Serve as the central liaison between Sales, Marketing, and CS operations.
• Champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across GTM functions.

• Own the strategy, process, and execution of Enformion’s outbound and inbound lead development functions.
• Responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing a team of BDRs, optimizing lead conversion workflows.
• Partner closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
• Define and refine the BDR playbook, including outreach sequences, qualification criteria, and handoff processes.
• Leverage analytics tools (HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, etc.) to track KPIs such as meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Identify and remove friction in the lead funnel by collaborating with Marketing and Revenue Operations.
• Develop and execute outbound strategies to penetrate target verticals and key accounts.

• Build and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.
• Manage technical SEO, including site architecture, schema markup, crawlability, and structured data.
• Conduct keyword and intent research to inform content creation and optimization.
• Develop strategies to increase brand and content discoverability within AI-driven platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude).
• Structure and optimize content for LLM ingestion, including authoritative sourcing, FAQs, and knowledge graph alignment.
• Monitor emerging GEO best practices and proactively test new approaches for visibility in AI search.
• Partner with product marketing and content team to adapt messaging for generative AI query contexts.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure all assets are optimized for both traditional SEO and GEO.
• Track and report on organic and AI search performance, providing insights to improve visibility and engagement.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates, search trends, and shifts in AI-powered search engines.
• Partner with digital, product, and demand generation teams to align organic and GEO efforts with broader marketing objectives.

• Partners are powering tremendous growth and success at Enformion. This role, which is new to Enformion, is focused on current and prospective resellers. Simply, the role is a channel sales role focused on “farming” and “hunting”
• Work with a portfolio of marquee clients to identify organic growth, upsell, and cross-sale opportunities.
• Find new partnerships across the identity verification, fraud prevention, sales/marketing intelligence, and collections industries.
• Drive channel partnerships and sales revenue across the United States.
• Lead activities across business development and sales pipeline: partner strategy and prospecting, partner negotiation, channel deal origination and analysis, partner onboarding, partner interaction and sales support, contract and system management, execution, and value creation oversight.
• Build trusted relationships, deliver measurable results, and serve as the voice of our partners internally.
• Work closely with Customer Success to retain a portfolio of industry-leading brands and find new partnerships.
• Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer of Enformion.
• Position has a sales quota, and total compensation is based significantly on commissions.
