About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) in line with project budgets and update budgets accordingly
  • Maintain and organize contractual and administrative documentation databases, including contracts, invoices, and supplier documentation
  • Track invoices throughout the full lifecycle, from certification approval to payment
  • Ensure invoices comply with contractual conditions and include all required supporting documentation
  • Monitor and update project budgets, tracking expenditures and identifying variances
  • Maintain and regularly update project cash flow forecasts based on project progress and financial conditions
  • Prepare periodic financial reports, including:
  • - Weekly Cashflow Reports
  • - Monthly Budget Variance Reports
  • - Monthly Budget Consolidation Reports
  • - Updated financial models and internal committee presentations
  • Support the Technical Control Manager in preparing documentation for utilization requests
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure proper financial tracking and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with contractual payment terms within cash flow forecasts
  • Assist in audits and regulatory inspections by preparing required documentation
  • Maintain financial tracking tools, including the “under construction” financial model
  • Support continuous improvement in financial tracking and reporting processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (or Associate degree) in Business Administration, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial control, project administration, or accounting within infrastructure, construction, or energy sectors
  • Solid understanding of project financial management, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a structured and fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a strong plus
