Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Coordinate and manage technical aspects of engineering projects.
  • - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • - Collaborate with design, procurement, and construction teams.
  • - Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • - Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
  • - Identify and resolve technical issues and risks.
  • - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • - Support procurement and vendor selection processes.
  • - Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • - Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
  • - Master’s degree in Engineering or Project Management is often preferred.
  • - 3–5 years of experience in engineering project roles.
  • - Proven track record of managing or supporting large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects.
  • - Experience working with contractors, architects, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • - Professional Engineer (PE) license (required or preferred depending on the industry and region)
  • - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
  • - OSHA or equivalent safety training certifications may be beneficial.
