About the role
- Enfinity Global is seeking a Procurement Director to join our global procurement team focused on strategic sourcing of Inverters and High-Voltage Equipment.
- Responsible for leading sourcing and contracting for high voltage electrical equipment, power electronics, and inverter solutions supporting renewable energy and grid integration projects.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high voltage equipment, inverters, and transformers.
- Manage procurement from market intelligence and RFPs through to contract negotiation and award.
- Lead supplier qualification and benchmarking for performance, cost, quality, risk, and innovation potential.
- Work closely with business units to forecast sourcing needs for the equipment categories and execute sourcing plans.
- Lead global supplier relationships, fostering long-term strategic partnerships with manufacturers and technology innovators.
- Act as the interface between internal teams to align sourcing decisions with business objectives.
- Support global procurement initiatives and corporate sourcing objectives.
- Collaborate closely with legal, technical, and project teams to structure agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal or related field (Master’s degree and Engineering preferred).
- 8 -12 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement of renewable energy infrastructure equipment with emphasis on inverters and high voltage equipment sourcing.
- Proven experience in international strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, innovation partnerships, and contract execution.
- Proven track record in negotiating complex commercial contracts and managing MSAs.
- Knowledgeable of US safe harbor, tariffs, FEOC/material assistance, UFLPA, and tax equity financing requirements.
- Ability to manage across multiple global time zones and availability to travel as needed to supplier sites and project locations.
- Strong knowledge of technical, operational, market, and financial drivers for utility-scale and standalone storage projects.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently across time zones.
- High analytical capability, commercial judgement, and comfort managing ambiguity in evolving markets.
- Excellent relationship management, influencing, and communication skills across executives and stakeholders.
