Electrical Engineer

• Provide technical support and leadership for Enfinite owned and operated facilities, particularly the eReserve batteries.
• Facilitate the integration of maintenance and capital asset management processes.
• Serve as the Operations field representative for maintenance and capital work identification and planning.
• Contribute technical leadership for electrical facilities and Operational Technology (OT) requirements.
• Analyze and report operational data and performance metrics to improve asset value and reliability.
• Develop and prioritize project scopes, cost estimates, and risk assessments for maintenance or optimization.
• Engage in lifecycle cost analysis and technical evaluations.
• Collaborate with field operations teams.
• Perform investigations and root cause failure analysis for equipment failures and outages.
• Manage and coordinate device inventory for OT and Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) requirements.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
• Actively participate in Enfinite’s safety culture, supporting operations in hazard identification and mitigation.
