Job Level

About the role

  • You support the development and optimization of our SEO strategy — from keyword analysis to content implementation.
  • You actively contribute to our social media presence (content planning, creation, publishing & performance tracking).
  • You research and support the operational setup of partnerships with relevant partners, influencers and platforms.
  • You work closely with experienced marketers and receive direct feedback on your work.
  • You contribute your own ideas — and see them come to life.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled at a college or university — ideally studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Initial exposure to SEO, social media, or content marketing — whether through studies, personal projects, or part-time work.
  • Strong self-motivation: you don’t wait to be assigned tasks but take initiative.
  • Structured, independent way of working — also when working remotely.
  • Excellent written and spoken German.
  • Nice to have: interest in energy, sustainability, or heat pump / air conditioning topics.
Benefits
  • Meaningful tasks rather than busywork — you’ll be involved in relevant projects from day one.
  • Small team, big impact — short decision-making paths and direct access to management.
  • Learn from experienced marketers — receive honest feedback and room for your ideas.
  • Remote setup — you only need a laptop and an internet connection.
  • Prospect of permanent hire — those who deliver and fit the team may be offered a long-term position.
