About the role

  • Lead and oversee the company's strategic growth initiatives in the APO region.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's market presence.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Run the sales cycle, negotiate contracts, participate in conferences, and close deals.
  • Provide weekly forecast of orders and reports on key items of interest.
  • Manage documenting all activities in Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience with knowledge of residential renewable energy market.
  • A BS/BA degree in Business, Engineering, or other related discipline is required.
  • A technical engineering degree with high business intellect is desirable.
  • He/She will be able to think strategically and the same time act tactically.
  • The ability to be hands-on and share best practices is critical.
  • Has a demonstrated ability to design a sales strategy, for complex sales cycles, in an early-stage company is desired.
