Maintenance Planner, Scheduler

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with planning and scheduling maintenance work activities.
- Support CMMS work order management and backlog organization.
- Coordinate parts, materials, tools, and resources for planned work.
- Work with Maintenance and Operations to prioritize equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Track maintenance performance metrics and schedule completion.
- Support shutdowns, projects, and TPM initiatives.
- Maintain maintenance documentation and records.
- Participate in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Promote safe work practices and compliance with company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Industrial maintenance experience or related manufacturing experience.
- Functional understanding of Mechanical and Electrical tasks and ability to manage projects in those areas.
- Basic computer and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively across departments.
