About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide on-site service, maintenance, and repair for a diverse range of products and equipment.
- Specialize in Energy Systems solutions for telecommunications, data centers, and emergency power.
- Maintain and service uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), switchgear, and other critical equipment.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely and professional service.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams for seamless customer support.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Score of 70% or higher on the Field Service Technician aptitude assessment.
- 6-12 months of experience in field service or a related role, preferably in the electrical field.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
