Pasting Machine Operator, 2nd Shift
EnerSysPasting Machine Operator responsible for pasting and stacking quality grid plates for EnerSys. Ensure continuous line production by maintaining equipment and product quality in manufacturing environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Paste and stack quality grid plates to ensure continuous line production.
- Complete equipment set-up/changeover configurations.
- Paste quality plates/grids to current production standards.
- Observe pasting operation and clear jams as required.
- Maintain control of product quality.
- Make necessary machine adjustments.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to do basic math.
- Ability to read, write, and understand the local language.
- Possess a valid forklift driver's license.
- Must be able to frequently bend; twist; reach; stoop; kneel or crouch.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds/23 kilos on a daily continuous basis.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
