Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for developing and leading national sales and service operations to meet or exceed assigned revenue, bookings, and profitability goals
  • Drives a cohesive sales growth strategy

  • Assist in creating and executing sales strategies|maintaining relationships with established customers
  • Profit and loss responsibilities including; sales forecasting, margin tracking, DSO control, managing costs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors Degree with 8 years of experience in sales and management with extensive sales experience
  • Ability to understand and explain technical and electrical related systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding presentation and written and oral communication skills
  • High energy level
  • Must be a team player
  • Leadership ability
  • Must be able to read, write and speak in the English language
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and explain technical electrical systems
