About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, direct, implement processes and control operations in a multi-plant organizational structure
  • Define, develop and implement equipment and processes that drive quality, repeatable, and sustained production
  • Develop and implement strategic CAPEX plans
  • Maintain and improve manufacturing standards at the TPPL Americas plants
  • Drive cultural transformation via EOS tools and strategy deployment
  • Lead commercialization of new process and equipment installations
  • Develop equipment designs including layout and calculations required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15 years of experience in operations role in manufacturing
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, related field or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of budgeting, project scheduling, CAPEX and contract review processes
  • Strong systems skills including MS Office
  • Highly detail oriented and organized individual
  • 25-50% travel to manufacturing facilities and external vendors as required
