About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, direct, implement processes and control operations in a multi-plant organizational structure
Define, develop and implement equipment and processes that drive quality, repeatable, and sustained production
Develop and implement strategic CAPEX plans
Maintain and improve manufacturing standards at the TPPL Americas plants
Drive cultural transformation via EOS tools and strategy deployment
Lead commercialization of new process and equipment installations
Develop equipment designs including layout and calculations required

Requirements

What you’ll need

15 years of experience in operations role in manufacturing
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, related field or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of budgeting, project scheduling, CAPEX and contract review processes
Strong systems skills including MS Office
Highly detail oriented and organized individual
25-50% travel to manufacturing facilities and external vendors as required
