Key responsibilities & impact

Provide on-site service, maintenance, and repair for diverse range of products and equipment at customer locations.
Specialize in Energy Systems solutions, providing support to customers who rely on products for essential services.
Maintain and service uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), switchgear, and other critical equipment.
Shadow experienced technician on service calls.
Perform basic equipment checks.
Travel to customer sites to assist with installation and repair of equipment.
Under supervision, perform preventative maintenance tasks.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Effectively communicate with internal teams.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and customer interactions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Basic mathematical, and mechanical aptitude; foundational electrical knowledge (Aptitude exam is part of application process; 70% passing score required)
Availability to work non-standard hours in a 24/7 work week.
Ability to lift 75 lbs. and carry equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
Ability to perform physical tasks, such as bending, stooping, and kneeling.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for insurability.
Familiarity with electrical systems and schematics.
