About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the Quality activities with battery suppliers in the Americas region
Represent EnerSys and develop solutions for quality components and stable/repeatable processes
Interface with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams
Manage the prioritization of tasks and activities
Identify issues and support corrective and preventive actions
Ensure robust quality methods are utilized and problem-solving is executed
Review and validate proper identification of root causes and corrective actions
Key point of contact and coordinate effective communication with suppliers and team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science degree (or 5-years as SQE)
Quality tools experience (i.e. AIAG core tools)
Experience with battery manufacturing and sub-components
Program management skills
Experience with dealing with suppliers
APQP
Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred)
Certified IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3 auditor (preferred)
