About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and develop a customer portfolio (end customers and partners, such as OEM manufacturers, distributors and dealer networks)
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow your customer network
  • Promote sales and ensure the best possible overall solution for customers using our wide product portfolio
  • Be responsible for the full sales process, including pricing, proposals and contract negotiations
  • Plan and organize your work independently (customer visits, opportunity management and prioritization)
  • Monitor your performance (revenue, margin and success rate) and adapt your approach as needed
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify long-term business opportunities
  • Manage administrative follow-up (quotations, order tracking, invoicing coordination, payment follow-up)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant education (commercial or technical) or equivalent
  • Fluent in Finnish, with a good level of English. Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in an industrial or technical environment
  • Experience in independently managing a sales territory
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders (customers, partners, manufacturers)
  • Basic technical understanding of batteries or electrical engineering is considered an advantage
  • Good ability to use Excel and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
