Engineering Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Safety / Health metrics for the department to accomplish Site objectives
- Direct activities of plant project engineers and plant maintenance/tooling personnel
- Interpret and enforce compliance to engineering specifications and facilities compliance requirements
- Manage the Plant Technical Staff with the ability to support and troubleshoot issues (PLC, Robotic, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Mechanical)
- Management of capital projects along with the annual Capital Budget submittal
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year degree in technical field
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience (>10 years preferred)
- Five years of experience in environmental compliance
- Project management of multiple/complex/simultaneous projects ranging from small monetary $10K to excess of $10 million in size
