Technical Sales Representative
EnerSysTechnical Sales Representative responsible for driving EnerSys’ growth in integrated DC power and energy storage solutions. Engaging with customers and providing technical-sales support across assigned territories.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Driving EnerSys’ growth by providing technical and commercial sales coverage for integrated DC power, energy storage, and lifecycle service solutions across assigned markets and territories.
- Serving as the frontline technical-sales interface with customers, EPCs, OEMs, integrators, and channel partners.
- Supporting system-level selling of DC plants, batteries, enclosures, monitoring, and lifecycle services.
- Translating customer requirements into technical solution concepts aligned with EnerSys and Alpha portfolios.
- Engaging customers, EPCs, integrators, and OEMs in application, specification, and architecture discussions.
- Assisting senior sales leaders with opportunity qualification, proposals, and deal progression.
- Maintaining opportunity activity and contributing to accurate forecasting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or solution-based selling
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with DC power systems, energy storage, UPS, or related industrial power technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to travel within assigned territory as required
- Compliance with all EnerSys safety, ethics, and conduct policies.
