About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide quality products to meet customer demand, production and scrap standards
Communicate and direct/supervise production employees
Supervise production Team Members including hiring, performance appraisals, discipline, training
Establish work schedules
Prepare report summaries
Vendor and customer contact
Machine modifications
Coach, counsel and monitor employees work habits and personal habits
Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Two years college coursework completed
One year of work experience in a lead or supervisory role
Effective interpersonal skills
Highly motivated
Efficient organizational and planning skills
High level of accuracy in basic math and use of 10 key calculator
Ability to associate cause and effect relationships
Ability to utilize and create effective Excel spreadsheets
Use of Word, Express Outlook, PowerPoint, FIS and Fourth Shift
