About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze existing business processes, including current-state workflows, inputs, outputs, and control points
- Participate with DevOps teams in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to support system and design decisions
- Develop clear process maps and diagrams (e.g., swimlane diagrams, BPMN, flowcharts)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate process documentation, proposed improvements, and assist with testing and change management activities
- Support the design, configuration, and maintenance of automated workflows using tools such as WorkflowGen, UiPath, Power Apps, and SharePoint
- Perform daily monitoring of automated workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Foundational understanding of business process analysis and process modeling concepts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Exposure to workflow automation or Business Process Management (BPM) tools
- Experience creating process diagrams using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
- Basic technical knowledge of databases, system integrations, or scripting concepts
