About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support internal and external customers with engineering, technical information and installation information
Provide prompt and accurate quotes for battery support equipment
Develop and apply standards expertise (IEEE, ASCE, etc)
Track and execute projects / ESR’s
Processing custom sales orders
Drafting support using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Creating BOM’s for new kits and batteries in BaaN and SAP
Authorize / approve ECO’s, drawings, and designs
Support Nuclear safety related projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in technical field with minimum 3 years related experience, or Associate’s degree in technical field with minimum 5 years of related work experience
Knowledge of standby power equipment design, industry standards and quality procedures
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Above average knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of lead-acid or other battery chemistry
The ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
High level of attention to detail
