About the role
- Lead product management, product strategy, and project proposals for the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with North America and other regions.
- Create strategic roadmaps that align with company goals.
- Identify product requirements and conduct market research activities.
- Maintain extensive customer interaction as the leader of engineering and product collaborations.
- Define product needs in the lead-acid, lithium, and connectivity space.
- Act as a go-to product expert within the business unit.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business required.
- Minimum 6 years experience in an engineering, technical, or product management function.
- Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
- Preferred 2+ years experience in a Product Management or strategic role.
- Preferred 4+ years of experience in automotive engineering or automotive product management.
- Preferred 4+ years of experience in battery systems.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and project management background and skillset.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work cross functional with engineering, sales, finance, and other functions.
- Experience and capability to communicate effectively at all leadership levels internally and externally, including executive levels.
