About the role

  • Lead product management, product strategy, and project proposals for the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with North America and other regions.
  • Create strategic roadmaps that align with company goals.
  • Identify product requirements and conduct market research activities.
  • Maintain extensive customer interaction as the leader of engineering and product collaborations.
  • Define product needs in the lead-acid, lithium, and connectivity space.
  • Act as a go-to product expert within the business unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business required.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in an engineering, technical, or product management function.
  • Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
  • Preferred 2+ years experience in a Product Management or strategic role.
  • Preferred 4+ years of experience in automotive engineering or automotive product management.
  • Preferred 4+ years of experience in battery systems.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and project management background and skillset.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work cross functional with engineering, sales, finance, and other functions.
  • Experience and capability to communicate effectively at all leadership levels internally and externally, including executive levels.
