About the role

  • Play a key role in the management and administration of the company’s regional compensation programs.
  • Focus on short-term and long-term incentive plan management, annual merit cycles for EMEA and APAC, and market pricing.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Regional HR Directors, and the Global Compensation Manager to deliver data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree or CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR function, with a strong focus on EMEA and/or APAC markets.
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Experience with market pricing tools and regional salary surveys (e.g., Payscale, Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with the ability to interpret data across diverse markets.
