Ensure all project personnel understand their roles and responsibilities.

Control project costs to avoid overruns and address any discrepancies or changes.
Approve purchase orders and ensure efficient use of materials and resources.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in construction management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Certification in construction management (e.g., PMP, CCM) is a plus
