About the role

  • Responsible for providing on-site service, maintenance, and repair for diverse range of products
  • Specialize in Energy Systems solutions, providing support to customers relying on products for essential services
  • Maintain and service uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), switchgear, and other critical equipment

Requirements

  • Basic mathematical, and mechanical aptitude; foundational electrical knowledge (Aptitude exam is part of application process; 70% passing score required)
  • Availability to work non-standard hours in a 24/7 work week.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs. and carry equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, such as bending, stooping, and kneeling.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for insurability.
