About the role

  • Providing on-site service, maintenance, and repair for products and equipment at customer locations
  • Specializing in Energy Systems solutions, providing support for essential services like telecommunications, data centers, emergency power
  • Maintaining and servicing uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), switchgear, and other critical equipment

Requirements

  • Basic mathematical, and mechanical aptitude
  • Foundational electrical knowledge (Aptitude exam is part of application process; 70% passing score required)
  • Availability to work non-standard hours in a 24/7 work week
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs. and carry equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, such as bending, stooping, and kneeling
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for insurability.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems and schematics.
