About the role
- Ensure corrective, preventive and improvement maintenance of infrastructure
- Ensure regulatory compliance and building maintenance
- Oversee the execution of works and verify operational compliance
- Analyze incidents (damage, severe weather, etc.) and implement corrective actions
- Identify, propose, budget and lead infrastructure investment projects
- Lead projects and monitor energy savings across the plant scope
- Manage and adhere to the operating budget for the area
- Lead and coordinate internal teams and/or external contractors
- Prepare and update activity reports and action plans (operations, works, incidents, improvements)
Requirements
- Engineering degree or general Master’s (Bac+5) preferred, or a technical/maintenance two-year degree (Bac+2) with 5–10 years’ experience
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001 (HSE) – a plus
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF (Quality) – a plus
- Proficient with continuous improvement tools: 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or equivalent
- Skills in maintenance and building/infrastructure regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience in project management
- AutoCAD, SAP – a plus
- Operational English (reading and writing)
