About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and govern the delivery of multiple large-scale energy efficiency programs
- Direct cross department collaboration to guide the development of custom software
- Actively manage program performance by monitoring key metrics
- Apply deep industry expertise in energy efficiency programs
- Lead and govern a regional organization of project managers and senior professionals
- Develop, coach, and retain talent to support growth and succession planning
- Direct workforce planning aligned to program and growth needs
- Develop and sustain program level and executive level client relationships
- Deliver results that meet or exceed established energy-savings targets
- Influence and align clients, regulators, subcontractors, and partners
- Represent Energy Solutions as a senior regional leader in key client interactions
- Model executive leadership behaviors aligned with Energy Solutions’ values
- Partner with leadership to align regional priorities with enterprise strategy
- Define, adapt, and evolve regional approaches to energy efficiency program delivery
- Champion innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Energy, Public Policy, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Twelve or more years of progressive professional experience
- Minimum of five years’ experience leading or overseeing energy efficiency program implementation
- Demonstrated experience managing complex operational teams
- Proven experience leading client contract negotiations
- Strong ability to translate client needs into operational execution
- Demonstrated excellence in complex problem solving, quantitative analysis, and data-driven decision making
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage ambiguity
- Proven track record of successful organizational leadership
- Strong financial acumen
